I can only say: WOW!
I drooled over this footage earlier this week. It’s absolutely insane that footage came from a digital SLR! My only gripe with the MK2 it is that it seems to be locked into a 30p shooting mode. If the next Canon prosumer video camera has this type of chip in it AND a 24p shooting mode. It will most surely revolutionize everything! Exciting!
JJ showed me this last week. It’s pretty damn impressive. I’ve been thinking about getting a Digital SLR for a while now, and the video option sure does make it enticing, but I wonder if I get this, then next year they’ll throw in a 24p mode.
